Market Risk Premiums
MRP explains the relationship between the return on an asset and the risk-free rate. MRP is usually quoted in terms of a required or expected number, which indicates the level of return an investor would expect to receive from an investment, in excess of the risk free rate, given their specific level of risk tolerance or investment style.
