Iain oversees all financial and operational aspects of both the business and the wider Group. He brings over 23 years of experience in law and finance, with a broad range of multi-jurisdictional expertise, having worked in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and the British Virgin Islands.

Iain holds an Honours Degree in Business, as well as legal qualifications including a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Nottingham Law School. He is also a qualified accountant (FCCA).

His experience spans audit, accounting, funds, private equity, corporate services, and legal practice—demonstrating a diverse and well-rounded skill set.

Outside of work, Iain enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, coaching his two sons in cricket and football, and honing his cooking skills. He is also a former Ironman competitor, having completed four races, and continues to enjoy leading an active lifestyle.
