Although our demo system is mainly based on live prices, the liquidity available in the demo mode may not always reflect the actual liquidity available when trading a live account. For example, when trading spot forex, the non G7 currencies (exotics) do not have as liquid a market as the majors. Because of the illiquidity of some of these markets, TEAMtrader permits its customers to trade on the demo system via a price feed generating indicative prices, which may not reflect live tradable prices. Thus, a 5 million trade in a "live" account for an exotic currency pair may be virtually impossible, and doing so in the "demo" mode does not reflect the real world.
