Equity Selection

The equities selected by TEAM will generally be those of large, quoted companies that have well-developed product lines and systems and a long earnings history. The selected companies will normally be major players in their fields.

In creating such a universe, TEAM endeavours to provide a balanced equity portfolio, upon which an options strategy may be overlaid, if required.

The portfolio will be generally based on an investment matrix approximating to the sector allocations of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) World Index.

The stocks that are selected for investment, will have met a series of investment criteria, and be considered to afford good value in their sector.

Using a series of proprietary systems and broadly based research, holdings in the portfolio are continually measured against their peer group, previously determined investment criteria and market valuations.
