Our fixed income investment philosophy also relies on a consistent, defined investment style.

Our strategy focuses primarily on controlled duration which adds value not only by choosing the appropriate maturity, but also in identifying undervalued sectors and selecting specific securities whose value has not been fully realised.

The portfolio will be generally based on an investment matrix approximating to the sector allocations of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) World Index.

Emphasis is placed on high quality bonds where liquidity enables management of the maturity structure in all market conditions. Value is added by anticipating the shifts and changes in the yield curve. With respect to credit, TEAM employs a combination of top down and bottom up approaches.
